Change-of-Mind Returns for Standard Direct Purchases For a standard, non-custom item purchased directly from us, you may request a change-of-mind return authorization within 3 calendar days after the carrier’s tracking record shows delivery. This limited return window is an important condition of the sale because original artwork is unique and return shipping carries risk and cost. Do not ship an artwork back until you have received return instructions from us. 2. Conditions for an Approved Change-of-Mind Return To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, all of the following must be satisfied: You request return authorization within the 3-day period described above. The artwork is in the same condition in which it was delivered and has not been altered, damaged, installed in a manner that damages it, reframed, repaired, cleaned, varnished, or otherwise modified. You retain and use the original protective packaging or another return method expressly approved by us. Before shipment, you provide clear photographs of the front, back, sides, frame or edges (as applicable), and packaging so that the pre-return condition can be documented. You follow the return packing and shipping instructions we provide and supply tracking information promptly.
