Cookie Policy Effective date: August 25, 2026 This Cookie Policy explains how Wild Horizon Fine Art LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and services used to operate wildhorizonfineart.com may use cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy . 1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are Cookies are small data files placed on or accessed from a browser or device. Websites may also use local storage, pixels, tags, scripts, software development tools, or similar technologies for functions such as security, preferences, analytics, embedded content, and marketing. In this Policy, “cookies” includes these similar technologies where appropriate. 2. Why This Site Uses Cookies Depending on the Site’s current configuration, cookies may be used for the following categories of purposes: Essential cookies: necessary for core Site functions such as security, network management, checkout, session continuity, fraud prevention, consent choices, and member or account functions. These technologies may be required for the Site to work properly. Functional cookies: remember selections or enable enhanced features and embedded services. Analytics or performance cookies: help measure traffic, understand how visitors interact with the Site, diagnose performance issues, and improve content and user experience. Marketing or advertising cookies: may be used, if enabled, to measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising, personalize advertising, or understand activity across sites or services. 3. Wix Platform Cookies Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix uses cookies and related technologies for functions that can include providing Site and customer features, identifying registered members, maintaining security, and monitoring and analyzing the performance and effectiveness of the Wix platform. The particular cookies present on a Wix site can change when Site features, apps, integrations, or settings change. For information about Wix’s privacy practices, see the Wix Privacy Policy . 4. Third-Party Technologies Third-party services used by or embedded in the Site may place or access their own cookies when permitted. Examples can include payment services, analytics tools, social-media or embedded-media services, mapping tools, or other apps and integrations. Their use of information is governed by their own policies. The technologies actually used may change as Site features and service providers change. 5. Consent and Cookie Preferences Where required by applicable law, we request consent before non-essential cookies or scripts are activated. You can use the cookie banner, privacy trigger, or cookie-preference control made available on the Site to accept, decline, or change your choices for non-essential categories. Essential cookies generally cannot be disabled through the Site’s consent tool because they are necessary for requested functionality or security. You can also control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect Site features such as login, checkout, preferences, embedded content, or other functionality. 6. Browser Privacy Signals Because there is no universal technical standard for legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site may not respond to every DNT signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal and the Site is configured to receive it, we will honor that signal as required by law. 7. How to See Current Cookie Information Because cookies can change when Wix, an app, or a Site integration is updated, the most accurate current list is the cookie information or settings interface displayed through the Site’s consent tool, where available. We may also periodically scan or review Site technologies and update this Policy as appropriate. 8. Changes to This Cookie Policy We may update this Cookie Policy when our Site configuration, service providers, technology, or legal requirements change. The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) applies only when statutory applicability thresholds or other covered-business criteria are met. - Abstract Landscape Artist | Camille Kouyoumdjian
Contemporary abstract landscape paintings by Camille Kouyoumdjian, inspired by coastal environments, protected lands, geology, light and changing weather. Camille Kouyoumdjian is a contemporary painter whose work explores the dialogue between humanity and the natural world—how we alter it, depend on it, and find our place within it. Her practice reflects a lifelong fascination with the natural rhythms that shape our environments: the slow layering of rock and sediment, the pulse of tides, the changing light that moves across the horizon. Through her art, she seeks to reawaken the quiet sense of wonder that comes from paying attention to the living world and to inspire a spirit of stewardship rooted in connection. Read the Wild Horizon Fine Art website disclaimer covering general information, third-party links, artwork presentation, availability, and limitations of responsibility. Website Disclaimer Effective date: August 25, 2026 This Disclaimer applies to the general informational and visual content on wildhorizonfineart.com. Purchase terms are governed by the applicable product description, order confirmation, Terms of Use & Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. 1. Artwork Images and Color We make reasonable efforts to photograph and present artwork accurately. Colors, contrast, texture, scale, surface sheen, and fine details can appear different depending on lighting, photography, screen calibration, device settings, browser, and viewing environment. Original mixed-media artwork may also contain relief, collage, irregular edges, natural materials, or surface effects that are difficult to reproduce fully in a digital image. These normal display differences do not permit a seller to materially misdescribe an item, and nothing in this Disclaimer limits non-waivable rights concerning goods that are defective or materially different from what was represented. 2. Dimensions, Materials, and Handmade Variation Dimensions, media, supports, framing information, and other product details are stated as accurately as reasonably practical. Handmade and original artwork can include minor irregularities and natural variation that form part of the work rather than a manufacturing defect. If a specific measurement, framing detail, material, installation requirement, or color is critical to your purchase, contact us before ordering. 3. General and Editorial Information Artist statements, journal posts, studio notes, workshop descriptions, conservation discussions, art-care information, and other editorial content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, medical, conservation-science, restoration, tax, appraisal, investment, or other professional advice. If professional advice is needed for a particular situation, consult a qualified professional. 4. Availability, Pricing, and Errors Original works may sell through the Site, studio, gallery, or exhibition before every listing is updated. We may correct typographical, pricing, availability, measurement, or other Site errors. If a material error affects an order that cannot be fulfilled as represented, we will contact the buyer and provide the correction, cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by the applicable terms and law. 5. External Links and Third-Party Content The Site may link to galleries, publications, museums, organizations, social-media platforms, mapping services, payment providers, embedded media, or other third-party sites. We do not control those third parties and do not warrant their content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every Site function will be available at all times. Nothing in this provision limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. 7. - Return & Refund Policy | Wild Horizon Fine Art
Review Wild Horizon Fine Art’s return and refund policy for original artwork, including eligibility, timing, condition requirements, return shipping, and refunds. Return & Refund Policy Effective date: August 25, 2026 This Return & Refund Policy applies only to artwork and other goods purchased directly from Wild Horizon Fine Art LLC through this Site or directly from the studio. Purchases made through a gallery, exhibition, auction, retailer, or other third party are governed by that seller’s return policy unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. 1. Change-of-Mind Returns for Standard Direct Purchases For a standard, non-custom item purchased directly from us, you may request a change-of-mind return authorization within 3 calendar days after the carrier’s tracking record shows delivery. This limited return window is an important condition of the sale because original artwork is unique and return shipping carries risk and cost. Do not ship an artwork back until you have received return instructions from us. 2. Conditions for an Approved Change-of-Mind Return To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, all of the following must be satisfied: You request return authorization within the 3-day period described above. The artwork is in the same condition in which it was delivered and has not been altered, damaged, installed in a manner that damages it, reframed, repaired, cleaned, varnished, or otherwise modified. You retain and use the original protective packaging or another return method expressly approved by us. Before shipment, you provide clear photographs of the front, back, sides, frame or edges (as applicable), and packaging so that the pre-return condition can be documented. You follow the return packing and shipping instructions we provide and supply tracking information promptly. The return is shipped within 5 business days after we issue the return authorization unless we agree to a different date in writing. 3. Change-of-Mind Return Costs and Refund Amount For an approved voluntary change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the merchandise price for an approved change-of-mind return. We do not charge that restocking fee for goods that arrived damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or different from what was ordered. Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund due to the original payment method, generally within 14 days. Refund timing may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Taxes will be refunded or adjusted as required by law. 4. Return Shipping Risk For voluntary change-of-mind returns, use a trackable service and insure the package for the purchase value unless we instruct you otherwise. The buyer is responsible for loss or damage occurring during an independently arranged return shipment to the extent permitted by law. A refund may be reduced for damage caused by inadequate return packing or handling when permitted by law and supported by the condition evidence. 5. Damaged, Defective, Misdescribed, or Incorrect Items The 3-day voluntary return rule and the 15% restocking fee do not limit rights that applicable law gives you for goods that are defective, materially misdescribed, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. If an artwork arrives damaged or the shipment is incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably practical, preferably within 48 hours, so we can document the condition and preserve any carrier or insurance claim. Keep the artwork, shipping carton, labels, and all packing materials. We may request photographs and other reasonable documentation. We will provide return, repair, replacement, price-adjustment, or refund instructions as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. No restocking fee will be charged for a return that we accept because the item was damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied. 6. Items That Are Not Eligible for a Voluntary Change-of-Mind Return Commissioned, custom-made, or clearly personalized artwork after custom work has begun, including work created to agreed specifications. Customized framing, mounting, sizing, or other alterations performed specifically for the buyer. Items clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase, to the extent that designation is permitted by applicable law. Gift cards, except where refund or cash redemption is required by applicable law. Artwork that has been altered or damaged after delivery by the buyer or another person for whom we are not responsible. Commission deposits and cancellation terms are governed by the written commission agreement or invoice terms provided for that commission. Any term that applicable law does not permit us to enforce will not be enforced. 7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment If you need to cancel a standard in-stock order before it ships, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped and no custom, framing, fabrication, or other nonrecoverable work has begun, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, the return provisions above apply. Commission and custom-order cancellations are governed by the applicable written commission or custom-order terms. 8. Gifts Refunds ordinarily are issued to the original payment method. If a purchaser requests that a gift recipient receive store credit instead and the request is lawful and administratively feasible, contact us before returning the item so that we can confirm the available option. 9. International and Mandatory Consumer Rights Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a consumer right, remedy, warranty, cooling-off period, or other protection that cannot lawfully be waived. If mandatory consumer law where you live provides a longer return or cancellation period, that mandatory law controls to the extent it applies to the transaction. For example, where European Union distance-selling rules apply to a transaction, a consumer may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded from that withdrawal right. Additional rules can apply to refund timing, return costs, and faulty goods. 10. Whether a particular use is legally permitted depends on the facts and applicable law. 6. Copyright Management Information Do not knowingly remove, conceal, falsify, or alter copyright notices, artist attribution, signatures, watermarks, metadata, or other copyright-management information associated with Site content or artwork except as permitted by law or authorized in writing. 7.
