1. Artwork Images and Color

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and present artwork accurately. Colors, contrast, texture,

scale, surface sheen, and fine details can appear different depending on lighting, photography, screen

calibration, device settings, browser, and viewing environment. Original mixed-media artwork may also

contain relief, collage, irregular edges, natural materials, or surface effects that are difficult to reproduce

fully in a digital image.

These normal display differences do not permit a seller to materially misdescribe an item, and nothing

in this Disclaimer limits non-waivable rights concerning goods that are defective or materially different

from what was represented.

Dimensions, media, supports, framing information, and other product details are stated as accurately as

reasonably practical. Handmade and original artwork can include minor irregularities and natural

variation that form part of the work rather than a manufacturing defect. If a specific measurement,
