Camille's mixed-media paintings explore the dialog between humanity and the natural world. Inspired by coastlines, forests, conservation lands, and shifting weather, the work moves between observation and abstraction—capturing not only what a place looks like, but how it feels, changes, and remains in memory. Paintings are comprised of acrylic, hand-crafted collage papers, ink, texture media, oil, cold wax, and organic materials. Using a range of upcycled mark making tools, Camille builds layered surfaces that echo erosion, atmosphere, growth, and resilience. Her paintings invite viewers to slow down, reconnect with wild places, and consider the fragile beauty of the landscapes we share.
