Working small allows me a chance to play, experiment with new techniques, and capture the essence of a scene. This freedom often results in paintings that are looser and more concise. In a way, they are like short stories that open the door for new ideas. This collection contains some of my favorite mixed media, acrylic, watercolor, and encaustic work.
