Shipping Policy

For customers in the Washington, DC area, we strongly recommend picking up your fine art purchase directly from the Wild Horizon Fine Art studion in Fairfax, VA, or from the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, VA. Arrangements to pick up your purchase may be made by emailing us at Camille@wildhorizonfineart.com

We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. within 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number, once your order has shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, there may be a delay in shipping. We will notify you in the event of a delay.

We can only ship to physical and residential addresses. Please include your entire address when filling out the shipping information, including apartment number, street, highway, etc. The Post Office must be able to deliver to the address you provide. If your order is returned due to an undeliverable address, we will charge you for the return shipping, as well as a restocking fee of 15% of the total value of the purchase.

 

​You will receive a tracking number from us at the time of shipping. 

 

All artwork purchases are insured prior to shipping. In the event that your purchase is damaged during shipping, please carefully review our return policy and contact us within 3 days to report damage.

If you would like to receive your artwork via expedited shipping, please reach out with your request. We offer Express delivery for an additional fee (1-3 business days after fulfillment).

International Shipping

Customers will pay the cost of international shipping. If you require International Shipping, please contact us at camille@wildhorizonfineart.com to discuss shipping costs prior to making your purchase. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wild Horizon Fine Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. We do not ship to all locations, so it is important that you contact us before placing an international shipping order.
